The very warm winter parka is made of strong polycotton (50% cotton and 50% polyester), the lining of the jacket, which provides all the warmth, is made of acrylic fabric (100% acrylic), a warm and pleasant material. Two closed chest pockets and two side open pockets to store the most important things. The collar is made of fur. The parka has belts and an adjustable waist. Our condition standards classify "New (Surplus)" as items that have been issued to military personnel but have not been used.

Militaries of many countries issue basic and spare military equipment to their personnel so that soldiers can easily replace damaged or lost equipment during missions.

Since the military replaces/updates issued equipment periodically, every 2-4 years depending on the country, in some cases spare personnel equipment returns to military warehouses unused, but no longer used due to the high standards of the military.
