Made famous in the service of the Gurkha regiments under the British crown, the kukri is a versatile blade of Nepalese origin, with its roots in the ancient Greek sickle-shaped swords. Essentially, it's a machete with a heavier, forward-curved blade edge that allows it to function like an ax while retaining the versatility of a long blade.

The tip of the blade is ground flat and perfectly angled for easy penetration into wood and vegetation. While similar tools are usually made from softer steel alloys to ensure elasticity and ease of sharpening, we managed to achieve sufficient elasticity using the strong BÖHLER N690 steel, which makes the blade stand out for its exceptional durability.
